Technical characteristics

     Dough divider "Voskhod -ТD-2M" and "Voskhod -ТD-3M" are intended for "delicate" dough dividing of dough pieces of wheat and rye dough for equal pieces according to weight.

  • Divider works with rye-wheat flour, with the maintenance of rye flour up to 50 %, humidity no more than 50 %, except for scalded sorts.
  • Divider works with wheat flour humidity from 40 %, and also the dough humidity from 37 % with the maintenance of sugar and fat not less than 12 %. Divider is applied to manufacture: panned and hearth bread, including small bakery products ("Voskhod -ТD-3M"). These dividers are recommended for operation in structure of product lines.
     
         Operation of dividers "Voskhod -ТD-2M" and "Voskhod -ТD-3M" is possible in the lines of manufacture of bakery production preparation, lines can be completed by the equipment "Voskhod": dough rounders «Voskhod -ТО-4», «Voskhod -ТО-5», dough molding machines «Voskhod -ТZ-4М», «Voskhod -ТZ-3М», baguette molding machine « Voskhod -ТZ-5», intermediate proofers "Breeze-plus" or the equipment of leading European manufacturers. Profitability, safety, convenience and reliability in exploitation are provided:
      Delivery of dough pieces with identical intervals
      Protection against jamming by means of replaceable of fast worn out elements
     Automatic dot two-planimetric system of greasing, in an economic mode, pressure of oil in which is given by the plunger pump
     The low charge of oil - 200 ml. On 500 cycles of dividing mechanism (1000 dividing process in «Voskhod -ТD-2М» and for 1500 dividing process in «Voskhod -ТD-3М»)
     Shaft for taking off from the conveyer the dough pieces of small weight
     Conveyer belt from the best European manufacturers
     Exact adjustments of weight of dough pieces by means of flywheels with verniers adjustment of productivity by means of a frequency drive with indication
     Opportunity of fast dismantle of a knife and pistons without the special tool for sanitary processing
     The system of blocking providing safety of the personnel at work
     A leaning back bunker for convenience of dough divider cleaning
     Presence of the wheel support, allowing moving dough divider on an industrial premise.
    In a design it is stipulated:
     The allocating conveyor with smooth adjustment of speed
     Opportunity of installation of the allocating conveyor both on the right, and at the left
     The mechanism тof dough divider is separated from a zone of processing of the dough pieces, which completely excludes hit of the dough for details and units of a drive.
     Details of dough divider mechanism, contacting with the dough, are made of the alloyed (corrosion-proof) pig-iron possessing raised wear resistance
     The precision machining of details providing on reliability and durability of work
     The body of the divider is made of stainless steel.
    Cycle of dough divider work:
     The dough from the reception bunker acts in the loading chamber, then, at movement of the main piston back, is involved in the suction chamber; the volume of the dough pieces in the suction chamber is established by a flywheel of the mechanism of a course of the main piston with a scale vernier.
     The knife separates dough from the piston of contained bunker.
     At movement of the main piston forward the dough moves in measured chambers of  the dividing drum mechanism (a drum in horizontal position), the weight of dough pieces is established by a flywheel of the mechanism of adjustment of weight with a linear scale of the dividing mechanism. Dough pieces are separated with the rotation of the drum which is in the suction chamber. Pistons push out a dough from measured chambers on the internal conveyor (a drum in vertical position)
     The external conveyor moves with greater speed, than inner conveyor. The distance between dough pieces increases for the following technological operations.
