Ovens “FOTON” 1.5, “FOTON” 3.0

Constructional features

  • System of distribution and the regulation of air stream provides the uniform baking and the equal color of products, including those with high content of sugar, at the maximum loading of the oven.
  • High spacing between trays (90 mm.) allows to increase the range of baked products.
  • Injection system of steaming, steam-deletion and ventilation of baking chamber provide a gloss and a good amount of baked goods.
  • A door of a baking chamber is made of double heat-break-resistant glass. Inner low-emissivity glass with high thermal characteristics allow to reduce heat loss.The seal of silicone rubber profile on the doorway excludes the leakage of a steam-air mix. The inner glass is opened for easy sanitary treatment.
  • Lighting of a baking chamber allows to control visually the process of baking through a big glass door.
  • A baking chamber and a lining of a oven are made of stainless steel.

 

Proofers “BREEZE” 1.5, “BREEZE” 3.0

  • A door of a proofing chamber is made of break-resistant glass. It allows to control visually the process of proofing.
  • Control tools are on the front panel of a proofer.
  • Lighting of a proofing chamber is provided
  • A proofing chamber and a lining of a proofer are made of stainless steel.
  • A proofer is equipped with four swivel wheels (two wheels have brake locks) for ease of movement around the production room
