Technical characteristics

Dough divider "Voskhod-TD-5" is intended for "delicate" dough dividing for dough pieces of equal mass:
- of rye-wheat flour with rye flour content up to 50%, moisture not more than 50%, except scalded sorts.
- of wheat flour with moisture from 40%, and also with moisture from 37% if sugar and fat content not less than 12%.
For production of:
panned and hearth bread
bakery products.
It is recommended for operation in structure of product lines, on sites on manufacture of wide assortment of high-quality production at the enterprises of the baking industry.
Dough dividing machine provides high accuracy of division while both sponge and non-sponge technologies of dough making.
Operation of dough dividing machine "Voskhod-ТD-5" is possible in the lines of manufacture of preparations of bakery production completed by the equipment "Voskhod":
dough rounders "Voskhod-ТО-4", "Voskhod-ТО-5", dough molding machines ", "Voskhod-ТО-6", Voskhod-ТZ-4М ", " Voskhod-ТZ-6", intermediate proofer "Breeze-plus super”. 

Control system of dough dividing machine on the basis of the microprocessor controller and the color touch panel of the operator, provides high reliability in operation, the maximum set of control functions:
- Input, editing, storage and reproduction in an automatic mode to hundred programs of division
- updating of programs in a divider operating time
- display of the graphic and text information on operating modes, emergencies and made manipulations to the big display
- Stop of mechanisms to a test ode-litelja in position for cleaning
On the panel of the operator following parameters are set:
- The program name, its number
- Speeds of the first and second conveyors
- Productivity
- Volume of measured chambers

Profitability, safety, convenience and reliability in operation are provided:
- Automatic dot system of the greasing working in an economic mode and providing the low charge of oil - 500 ml.

- Smooth adjustment of productivity from the panel of the operator
- Possibility of smooth adjustment of speeds of taking away conveyors from the panel of the operator
- Adjustment of height of the conveyor
- Adjustment of suction volume of the dough by change of size by means of the main piston
- Presence of a special socket for connection of dough divider to a control mean of dough line (only for the lines completed with the equipment "Voskhod")
- Presence of the block air preparation

Dough dividing machine operation cycle:
- The dough from the reception bunker acts in the loading chamber, then, at movement of the main piston back, is involved in the chamber, the volume of the dough pieces acting in the suction chamber is adjusted in steps
- The knife separates a portion of the dough pieces from the contained bunker at movement of the main piston forward the dough moves in the measured chamber of the dividing drum mechanism (a drum in burn position), the weight of dough pieces is established by a flywheel of the mechanism adjustment of weight with a linear scale
- Moving dividing mechanism from the top position in bottom the dough peaces  separate from the dough which is in the suction chamber (cavities of the suction chamber and the measured chamber are blocked), measured pistons push out dough from measured chambers on the reception conveyor (measured chambers are in the bottom position), dumping knife provides  uniform packing of dough  pieces on the reception conveyor
- The external conveyor moves with greater speed, than internal, providing division of dough peaces.
