Technical characteristics

    Automated dough mixing complex "Prima -300AR" at the base of "Prima -300". "Prima -300" is intended for autoimmunization of mixing process of all types of dough: wheat and rye-wheat dough, prepared with sponge and non-sponge technology and for final mixing. Machinecan be used minimal loses of working spaces.

    The bowls for 330 liters can be used for preparing, transportation of sponge, dough fermentation after final mixing (in the case of special need), transportation of prepared dough.
 
    Description
The dough mixing complex works in two regimes:
1. Automatic regime (without people)
In the following cases:
- non-sponge technology
-sponge technology (when sponge is prepared without the bowl).
Complex control in automatic mode is realized with the help of touch panel of operating console of dough mixing machine "Prima-300".

2. Manual mode
In the following cases:
- non-sponge technology
-sponge technology when sponge is prepared in the bowl (used bowls are Т1-KhТ2D with capacity 330 liters).

Complex control in manual mode is realized with the help of touch panel of operating console of dough mixing machine "Prima-300".The following operations can be controlled with the help of control panel of dough unload automat: rise up and down of the bowl, rise up and down of the platform, sponge loading, start of dough mixing process.
Complex control system indicates all running operations and technological parameters, gives sound and light signals while bowl goes up and down, makes the monitoring of emergency situations with automatic return of mechanisms to normal condition.
