Technical characteristics

     Dough rounder "Voskhod-ТО-4 " with the central adjustment of gutters and dough rounder "Voskhod-ТО-5 " with operative adjustment of gutters are intended for creation of homogeneous structure and partial removal carbon dioxide, superficial times and giving to dough pieces of the spherical form.
     Its operation in technological lines on manufacture of bakery products at the enterprises of the baking industry is most effective. Dough rounder it is successfully maintained in the lines, producing bread and completed with the equipment "Voskhod": dough divider "Voskhod-ТD-2", "Voskhod-ТD-3", intermediate dough proofers "Breeze plus", dough molding machines "Voskhod-ТZ-4M ", "Voskhod-ТZ-3М ", and the equipment of leading European manufacturers.
    The constructive decisions providing a qualitative rounding of dough pieces and wide technological opportunities of dough rounders: convenient adjustment of a gutter:
•   dough rounder " Voskhod-4 " has the mechanism of the central adjustment of the gutter, allowing quickly to recustomize dough rounder for work with preparations of various weight
•   dough rounder "Voskhod-5" has fixing handles allowing operatively to adjust the gutters
•   The way of dough pieces increased up to 4.0 m
•   An opportunity of installation of dough rounder in two positions concerning the submitting device:
•   Loading from the control panel or from opposite from a tray.
•   Having blown in dough pieces during a rounding off by not very warm air, and also an opportunity of blow-off switching-off
•   A covering of working surfaces of a cone, gutters and a submitting tray stalaflon (analogue of teflon) – the material with high release properties
•   The linings which are a part of the approximating gutter, allow to exclude "peck" slices from dough pieces, have the complex nonlinear structure calculated by means of a computer, and are made of a modern polymeric material - caplen, admitted to application in the food-processing industry
•   Four rotary wheel support, two of which are supplied by brakes-clamps
•   A table with a protection for gathering a flour dust
•   flour duster with an opportunity of adjustment of the charge of a flour
•   A special socket for connection of dough rounder to the device of  dough molding line
•   Spare parts, tools and accessories are in the set.
      Dough rounder "Voskhod-4" has additional options:
•   vernier on a flywheel of the central adjustment
•   An opportunity of adjustment of frequency of rotation of a cone for as much as possible qualitative rounding off of preparations from the test of various humidity
