Description
 The bread slicer “Kayman” is intended for cutting different sort of bakery products at the enterprises of the baking industry and other enterprises for bakery products.
The bread slicer is equipped by belt knifes. The bread slicer allows regulation speed of cutting within 180 – 400 m/mines, regulation frequency of a supply and intake of product, allows to cut various by geometry bakery products.
   The bread slicer can be equipped by system of belt greasing knifes that allows to choose optimum conditions of cutting for various bakery products. The bread slicer can be built in a technological packing line.
   The control system constructed on the basis of the microprocessor controler and the color touch panel of the operator, provides high reliability in operation, the maximum set of management functions with bread slicer:
- display of the graphic and text information on ope-rating modes, emergencies and made manipulations to the display
- the finished goods counter
- archive of emergencies
    On the panel of the operator following parameters are set:
- speeds of movement reception and unloading conveyors
- height of the top reception conveyor position
- speed of belt knifes drums rotation
- management of belt knifes tension
- inclusion of tape knifes greasing
 
The reception conveyor is equipped by the chain conveyor from four parallel chains made of stainless steel, lateral and top conveyors with belt conveyors. Position of lateral conveyors and directing is regulated on length of a product manually. The top reception conveyor is regulated on height of a product from the panel of the operator.
For cutting the belt knifes established on drums consistently (the quantity of knifes depends on length of a product and a thickness of cut slices) are used. Belt knifes are established on the bottom and top drums with a crossing, i.e. "eight".
The unloading conveyor copes with the help of the optical gage. Installation lateral directing the unloading conveyor under a certain product is made manually, by means of handles. The cut product is grasped by a core of the unloading conveyor and moves on a reception tray step by step.
By design it is provided:
- automatic tension of knifes when bread slicer inclusion in operation
- fast installation of belt knifes and directing cores at their replacement or cleaning
-  bread slicer stop when rupture of one of knifes
-  synchronization of all conveyors with the general speed control of their movement
- the device of belt knifes greasing on the bottom drum standardly, the device of knifes greasing on the top drum – optional 
-  scrapers for drums cleaning
-  convenient bread slicer cleaning
-  blocking switches on doors and protective casings
-  stop of the conveyor submitting a product on cutting, at presence on a reception tray of unloading conveyor of the untidy cut bread, renewal of operation after its removal
-  presence of the block of air preparation
-  case facing - stainless steel
